Coriander – 400 gms
Cumin – 200 gms
Fenugreek seed – 100 gms
In a pan, take coriander, cumin & fenugreek seeds and dry roast stirring constantly until the seeds turn light brown and the raw taste leaves.
Allow it to cool and grind the above into a corse powder. I use this mixture in curries that call for coriander powder. Has an intense smell and tastes great.
