Ragi Malt

Ingredients

Ragi powder – 2 tsps

Sugar – 1 n half tsp

Salt – 1 pinch

Water – 1 cup + 2 tsps

Milk- 3/4 th cup

Serves 1

Method

  • Add ragi powder to a bowl of water (2 tsps) and set aside
  • In a pan, add sugar & salt to the 1 cup of water and heat in it the stove in a medium-high flame
  • After the water comes to a boil, add the ragi and water mix to it-stirring it continuously
  • Allow it to cook in medium flame for 3 mins
  • Add the milk and cook till the mixture comes to a boil or tilt the raw smell of ragi is out. Serve warm
